Vue 2 hits 212k stars despite reaching End-of-Life
What is vue?
Vue 2 is the older version of the Vue.js UI framework that still powers many sites. It stopped receiving new features or fixes after Dec 31 2023, and new projects should start with Vue 3.
Who it is for
If you maintain a Vue 2 codebase, you’ll want to plan an upgrade to Vue 3 or use the Vue 2 NES fork to meet security requirements.
