HairDeck builds animation-ready stylized hair cards from a single image
What is HairDeck: Animation-Ready Stylized Hair Cards from a Single Image?
HairDeck takes one reference picture of a character’s hair and automatically generates a set of flat hair-card ribbons that can be rigged with spring bones for real-time animation. The result preserves the stylized look used in games and avatars without manual modeling.
Who it is for
Game artists and avatar creators can replace tedious hand-crafting of hair cards with an automatic pipeline that delivers ready-to-animate hair assets in minutes.
